What you will do

  • Manage assigned accounts as primary contact for renewals, expansions, and satisfaction initiatives.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies via Quarterly Business Reviews and product discussions.
  • Own renewal processes, contract negotiations, and proactive churn mitigation.
  • Monitor customer health with data tools and resolve escalations cross-functionally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify upsell opportunities and report on KPIs.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in account management, customer success, or retention roles, ideally SaaS/subscription
  • Proven track record driving renewals, expansion, and retention consultatively
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills
  • Analytical skills for data-driven decisions and strategy
  • Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) and customer tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities cross-functionally
