Principal Account Executive (Cybersecurity): Managing strategic relationships with major national named accounts and driving revenue growth through solution selling across hirify.global's portfolio with an accent on executive-level engagement, partner coordination, and competitive threat mitigation. Focus on qualifying opportunities, leading complex negotiations, closing deals, and developing account strategies in a quota-carrying role.

Location: Remote role residing in the Toronto, CA region; home office required within the territory. Up to 50% travel.

What you will do

  • Serve as primary point-of-contact for major accounts at executive level, focusing on strategic relationships.
  • Identify, qualify, and close long-term/short-term opportunities while addressing competitive threats.
  • Prepare proposals, present to executives, lead negotiations, and coordinate decision-making to closure.
  • Manage key partner relationships, facilitate communication, and develop technical solutions to expand hirify.global footprint.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting, account profiles, and Salesforce data.
  • Develop market strategies aligned with account goals and coordinate sales support teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years direct experience in relevant account management
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Strong negotiation, closing, solution selling, and presentation skills
  • Advanced client interfacing, influencing, and pipeline/forecasting abilities
  • Proven selling in complex matrix environments with internal resource leverage
  • Specialized knowledge in networking products, preferably hirify.global; experience with Internet software/systems
  • Ability to work from home office in Toronto, CA territory; up to 50% travel
