IT Procurement Technician

What you will do

• Receive, inventory, tag, and track IT hardware and equipment.
• Configure, image, and pre-stage laptops, desktops, and peripherals prior to deployment.
• Support hardware deployments, refreshes, and rollouts for internal teams and client sites.
• Manage and document work through ticketing and workflow systems.
• Coordinate shipment, delivery, and receipt confirmation of IT equipment.
• Collaborate with Operations, Production, Sales, and Finance teams to align on hardware needs.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with IT hardware lifecycle activities (deployment, staging, inventory, or asset management).
• Experience configuring or imaging end-user devices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience working within a ticketing or work-order system.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in IT or Business preferred.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Tampa, FL.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with managed services (MSP) or multi-user environments.
• Experience with ConnectWise PSA/CPQ.
