What you will do

  • Provide 1-2 tier technical support for PCs, servers, and hardware via phone and in-person.
  • Diagnose and resolve software, printer, and mobile device issues using the DHA ticketing system.
  • Install and configure medical application software and standard desktop images.
  • Perform physical installation of routers, switches, and IT shared services equipment.
  • Assist Tier III teams with security patches, vulnerability mitigation, and DISA STIGs.
  • Maintain documentation for scripts, software media, and licenses.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • Security+ Certification.
  • Minimum one year of experience as a Help Desk Specialist.
  • Tier 3 Background Investigation / IAT Level 1 ADP/IT III.
