What you will do
- Provide 1-2 tier technical support for PCs, servers, and hardware via phone and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve software, printer, and mobile device issues using the DHA ticketing system.
- Install and configure medical application software and standard desktop images.
- Perform physical installation of routers, switches, and IT shared services equipment.
- Assist Tier III teams with security patches, vulnerability mitigation, and DISA STIGs.
- Maintain documentation for scripts, software media, and licenses.
Requirements
- High School Diploma.
- Security+ Certification.
- Minimum one year of experience as a Help Desk Specialist.
- Tier 3 Background Investigation / IAT Level 1 ADP/IT III.
