What you will do

• Provide on-site hardware and software support for PCs, printers, tablets, and RF scan guns.
• Deliver remote Level 2 support for users located outside company facilities.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to minimize downtime.
• Manage and track incidents and service requests using the internal ticketing system.
• Deploy and configure new hardware and software installations.
• Collaborate with specialized technology teams to resolve complex technical problems.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of technology support experience, preferably in a large-scale environment.
• Proficiency with Windows, macOS, and MS Office products.
• Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for user interaction.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite at the designated US locations.
