What you will do
- Provide on-site hardware and software support for PCs, printers, tablets, and RF scan guns.
- Deliver remote Level 2 support for users located outside company facilities.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to minimize downtime.
- Manage and track incidents and service requests using the internal ticketing system.
- Deploy and configure new hardware and software installations.
- Collaborate with specialized technology teams to resolve complex technical problems.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of technology support experience, preferably in a large-scale environment.
- Proficiency with Windows, macOS, and MS Office products.
- Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for user interaction.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite at the designated US locations.
