Senior Manager - Visa Consulting & Analytics (Payments)

Location: US - Atlanta, GA; at least 3 days per week in the office required. Travel required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $130,900–$210,000 USD per year, with potential sales incentives; bonus and equity may also apply.

What you will do

• Develop account, offering, and go-to-market initiatives for hirify.global Consulting and Analytics Implementation Services, with emphasis on Acceptance Solutions.
• Identify and qualify implementation opportunities across acquirers, processors, fintechs, technology partners, and enabling platforms.
• Lead client discovery sessions and translate business, technology, operational, and risk needs into structured solution concepts and implementation approaches.
• Develop modular consulting and implementation offerings, executive presentations, proposals, sales narratives, and statements of work.
• Coordinate pursuits from opportunity framing through proposal development and transition to delivery.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Technology, Operations, VCA, VIS, and external vendors while influencing outcomes without direct authority.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or applicable experience with an advanced degree or PhD.
• Payments experience across merchant acquiring, acceptance, processors, fintechs, payment platforms, issuing, or payment technology.
• Experience translating client needs into structured solutions, offerings, proposals, or implementation approaches.
• Experience in management consulting, payments, financial services, product strategy, solution development, or consultative sales.
• Strong analytical, written, verbal, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Must work from the Atlanta office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Expertise in Acceptance Solutions, merchant acquiring, authorization, fraud, disputes, tokenization, migrations, data, AI, or product implementation.
• Experience commercializing consulting or implementation offerings, developing executive collateral, supporting complex pursuits, and coordinating third parties.
• Strategic, commercially oriented, client-centered, and comfortable structuring ambiguous problems in matrixed environments.
