Salary: $75,000–$95,000 NZD

What you will do
- Own HubSpot as the source of truth for accounts, contacts, and opportunities.
- Prepare weekly pipeline reports and identify deals requiring executive attention.
- Coordinate proposal development and RFP responses across technical and commercial teams.
- Create weekly target account packs including key decision-makers and market triggers.
- Conduct competitor analysis and monitor procurement listings to inform growth strategy.
- Support client engagement by coordinating meetings, demos, and follow-up activities.
Requirements
- Highly organized and proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented approach to ensuring deliverables are completed to a high standard.
- Must be based in or be able to work within New Zealand.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Science, Engineering, Planning, or a related field.
- 2–5 years’ experience in sales operations, BD coordination, or consulting support.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, specifically HubSpot.
- Experience coordinating tenders or RFP responses.
- Interest in emergency management, land use planning, or public sector work.
