What you will do

  • Develop and execute the APAC growth strategy to increase regional market share and align with global objectives.
  • Own regional commercial performance, driving new business acquisition, customer expansion, and retention.
  • Expand the regional partner ecosystem, including Global Systems Integrators, cloud providers, and technology partners.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing regional organization across Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, and Strategic Alliances.
  • Provide market intelligence and regional perspectives to inform corporate strategy and product direction.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of senior sales or commercial leadership in enterprise software or SaaS.
  • Significant experience leading multi-country GTM teams across Asia Pacific.
  • Proven track record of scaling recurring revenue businesses and delivering sustained commercial growth.
  • Strong executive relationship management skills with enterprise and Global 2000 customers.
  • Experience operating within high-growth or private equity-backed environments is highly desirable.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with customer experience, contact center technologies (CCaaS, UCaaS), conversational AI, or DevOps markets.
