Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Auckland, New Zealand)

What you will do
- Own day-to-day relationships across a portfolio of key Martech clients.
- Manage client onboarding, training, and product adoption to ensure genuine platform value.
- Monitor client health, identify risks, and act as the primary point of contact for support requests.
- Identify upsell opportunities by understanding client needs and expanding platform usage.
- Collaborate with the APAC and global teams to provide product feedback and manage escalations.
- Maintain accurate client records in HubSpot and contribute to health reporting.
Requirements
- Background in SaaS, Martech, or a technical client-facing role.
- Experience in customer success, account management, or client services within a tech environment.
- Ability to quickly become a product expert and lead client training sessions with confidence.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a natural ability to build trust.
- Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills to manage competing priorities.
- Must be based in Auckland, New Zealand to work from the Takapuna office.

- Understanding of digital marketing, content production, or agency workflows.
