What you will do

• Lead the Solutions Engineering function to drive technical success and customer adoption of the AI-Powered Analytics platform.
• Integrate artificial intelligence and industry-leading LLMs into daily workflows to increase productivity and quality.
• Drive the mission to make the world more fact-driven by enabling business users to discover insights through natural language search.
• Champion an AI mindset across the team, encouraging curiosity, adaptability, and the thoughtful application of AI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a culture of Trust, Customer Obsession, and Innovation.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work from the London office (Hybrid).
• Proven AI literacy and hands-on experience leveraging LLMs to automate routine tasks and improve work quality.
• Proficiency in writing effective prompts to achieve accurate and creative results from AI tools.
• Ability to use AI for research, content creation, and document summarization while maintaining human judgment.
• Strong adaptability to quickly learn and implement emerging AI technologies.
