TL;DR

Revenue Operations Manager (SaaS): Managing operational execution, forecast integrity, and deal governance for Enterprise and Mid-Market segments with an accent on pipeline management and deal inspection. Focus on improving forecast accuracy, establishing entry/exit criteria for opportunity stages, and eliminating pipeline slippage.

Location: Must be based in the Austin or Tempe offices (US)

What you will do

  • Define and enforce opportunity stage entry and exit criteria to ensure pipeline hygiene.
  • Establish deal inspection frameworks by segment and deal size to eliminate stalled or poorly qualified deals.
  • Own forecast methodology and lead weekly forecast calls with Sales leadership.
  • Design and run pipeline councils to drive accountability and a decision-oriented approach.
  • Partner with Revenue Intelligence, Systems, and Data teams to translate execution issues into process improvements.
  • Define and track core pipeline and forecast KPIs, focusing on stage-to-stage conversion and deal aging.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of total professional experience, including 4–6+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy.
  • Proven experience supporting Direct Sales Teams and/or Channel organizations.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, Outreach, Clay, Scratchpad, and ZoomInfo.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable decisions.
  • Excellent executive communication and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Based in or able to work from the Austin or Tempe offices.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the SaaS industry.
  • Familiarity with Anaplan, Leandata, or Clari.
