What you will do

  • Build and own the end-to-end sales engine, including pipeline architecture, forecasting, territory design, and commission plans.
  • Manage the RFI/RFP process by building response infrastructure and content libraries for biopharma and CRO requests.
  • Design and maintain the GTM tech stack (Clay, Apollo, HubSpot), ensuring data integrity and sensible automations.
  • Define and instrument key KPIs such as conversion rates, CAC payback, and win/loss to establish weekly operating rhythms.
  • Partner with the CCO to run forecasting, QBRs, and board-level commercial reporting.
  • Deploy AI tools for lead enrichment, account research, and RFP drafting to replace manual workflows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy within B2B SaaS or enterprise tech.
  • Hands-on experience managing end-to-end RFI/RFP processes, ideally in regulated industries.
  • Strong analytical skills for building forecasting models, commission plans, and cohort analysis from scratch.
  • AI-native approach, proficient with LLMs and agentic tools in a modern GTM stack.
  • Fluency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Clay, Apollo) and advanced SQL/spreadsheet skills.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Barcelona or New York.

Nice to have

  • Experience at an early-stage or Series A/B B2B SaaS scale-up.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven platforms in a clinical, life sciences, or drug development context.
  • Exposure to biopharma, CRO, or healthtech commercial motions.
