What you will do

• Lead deal structuring and approvals, partnering with Sales, Finance, and Legal to navigate complex pricing and contract terms.
• Optimize the Salesforce CPQ environment to streamline the transition from quote to closed-won.
• Analyze deal health, discount trends, and funnel velocity to recommend pricing strategy improvements.
• Design sales territories and administer compensation plans, including quota setting and SPIFs.
• Deploy AI tools to automate deal desk queries and eliminate manual workflows across the GTM stack.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Deal Desk within high-growth SaaS.
• Proven expertise in managing complex deal structures and multi-year contracts.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ.
• Expert-level Google Sheets skills for deal modeling and quota planning.
• Must be a local candidate based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) tools.
• Ability to drive consensus between Sales, Finance, and Legal on difficult deals.
