What you will do

• Lead project development from proposals to delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met.
• Build and enhance reports, online tools, and data processes using SAS, Python, and VBA.
• Perform advanced analyses and communicate insights to drive client success and relationship growth.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, finances, SOWs, and invoices for client engagements.
• Identify growth opportunities, improve best practices, and mentor diverse teams.
• Support organizational initiatives in recruitment, training, and employee engagement.

Requirements

• US work authorization required.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree with 8+ years in data/analytics in life sciences/pharma.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial functions: data management, sales operations, commercial analytics, BI/reporting.
• Advanced coding in SAS, Python, VBA; data viz tools like Tableau, Power BI; advanced Excel.
• Proven project/people management as team leader or manager.
• Analytical aptitude, problem-solving, and industry trends knowledge.
