What you will do

• Design and develop knowledge management tools and analytics dashboards based on business and clinical requirements to improve outcomes, satisfaction, and reduce costs.
• Build complex analytical models including predictive models using machine learning, automate data capture and analysis for performance improvement projects.
• Perform data analysis to produce actionable insights, track clinical operations via KPIs, and provide cost modeling and capacity planning.
• Develop collaborative relationships with physicians, nurses, administrators to support data-driven decisions and process improvements.
• Plan, implement, and control improvement projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals, regulatory compliance, and ROI measurement.
• Maintain reports, conduct assessments, audit compliance, and socialize tools across the health system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer engineering, or data science.
• 1-2 years experience in business/data analytics, healthcare analytics, quality, or clinical operations decision support (3 years preferred).
• Working knowledge of back-end databases, spreadsheets, statistical software, data visualization (Tableau, Qlikview, Power BI).
• Expert knowledge in Python, R, and/or SQL programming.
• Knowledge of business statistics, data analysis techniques, and ability to derive insights from health system data.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
