What you will do
- Lead the development of advanced analytics-driven insights to shape commercial strategies for pipeline assets.
- Build market opportunity assessments incorporating epidemiology, treatment flows, and payer dynamics.
- Perform patient journey analysis using APLD and real-world data to identify adoption barriers.
- Develop physician, institution, and patient segmentation models to guide targeting strategies.
- Collaborate with clinical and forecasting teams to translate outcomes into robust commercial forecasts.
- Partner with Marketing and Market Access to model pricing, reimbursement, and product positioning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of commercial experience in pharma/biotech.
- Deep experience within the US market.
- Expertise with APLD and real-world data (claims, EMR, patient-level datasets).
- Technical proficiency in SQL, Python, R, SAS, or similar analytics platforms.
- Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Experience in pharmaceutical commercialization and building market maps.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS) in Data Science, Health Economics, Statistics, or Marketing Analytics.
- Experience in rare disease, specialty, or respiratory therapeutic areas.
