What you will do

• Lead insight generation and performance reporting for Sales and Market Access field teams.
• Develop and execute a long-term reporting roadmap in partnership with IT to support the franchise model.
• Enhance BI dashboards and reports utilizing SQL, Snowflake, and Qlik.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Marketing, IT, and Sales to resolve data inconsistencies.
• Perform in-depth analyses of patient-level Specialty Pharmacy, HUB, and payer data.
• Translate data trends into targeting opportunities and strategic recommendations for regional leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of pharma/biotech industry experience.
• 3+ years of field force/commercial analytics experience.
• Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, and BI tools such as Qlik.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with pharmaceutical launches and orphan/specialty drug commercialization.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical data such as Symphony claims and MMIT.
