Salary: $152,000 to $171,000 + equity + benefits

What you will do

• Build partnerships with Recruiting, People, and Finance stakeholders to deliver analytical solutions and insights.
• Own reporting of key recruiting metrics like hiring progress, recruiter productivity, and pipeline health.
• Create and enhance interactive dashboards in Tableau and One Model for real-time insights.
• Manage data in Greenhouse, build SQL data pipelines, and support data governance.
• Collaborate with People data analysts for unified metrics and executive reporting.

Requirements

• 4+ years in analytical roles using data to solve problems and influence decisions.
• Proficiency with SQL (Snowflake, SQL Server) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau; ATS (Greenhouse) and HRIS (Workday).
• Process mapping, systems improvement, and handling confidential data.
• Collaborative mindset with passion for gaming or consumer tech.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Python and/or R.
• Experience with One Model analytics platform.
