What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with client executives in assigned accounts.
• Lead creation and execution of multi-year strategic account management plans based on client goals and security trends.
• Build sales pipeline 4x assigned targets and achieve/exceed gross margin goals.
• Manage accurate multi-quarter forecasts using Force Management principles like MEDDICC.
• Communicate hirify.global’s value proposition and mediate communications between clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Maintain internal collaboration on opportunities and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years in product/services sales, ideally cybersecurity
• Proven track record exceeding quotas with territory/account plans.
• Experience engaging cross-functional teams like sales and pre-sales support.
• Ability to build relationships with executives and sponsors.
• Strong presentation, verbal/written communication, and negotiation skills.
