TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Cybersecurity): Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and value realization for cyber risk management platform with an accent on onboarding, relationship building, and churn mitigation. Focus on leading deployment plans, collaborating with internal teams, and advocating for customer improvements via Voice of Customer.

Location: Remote USA (Boston, MA)

Salary: US$65,000–$95,000 annually (plus bonus, commission, equity)

What you will do

  • Become a power user of hirify.global products and lead customer onboarding for smooth deployment and rapid time-to-value
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders from IT security practitioners to CISOs based on their goals and challenges
  • Engage users of free and paid access, generate CSQLs, and assist in deploying and operationalizing the platform and APIs
  • Mitigate churn by addressing concerns, supporting renewals, and helping achieve value outcomes
  • Collaborate internally with customer-facing and other teams to advocate for customers and drive product improvements
  • Document notes, risks, successes; provide recommendations and updates to stakeholders; respond timely to communications

Requirements

  • US-based for remote work
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with excellent planning and organizational abilities
  • Proven track record managing high-volume customer relationships and engagements
  • Experience working with sales and customer-facing teams
  • Project management skills to handle multiple projects, prioritize, meet deadlines, and adapt to troubleshoot issues
  • Coachable, seeks feedback, enthusiastic about cybersecurity and eager to learn the industry
  • Experience with customer success tools like Salesforce and Gainsight
