Salary: $135,000 - $205,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of Corporate Sales Engineers to enhance their effectiveness and career growth.
- Develop and implement processes for delivering high-impact technical product presentations and demonstrations.
- Ensure the effective delivery of qualified Proof of Value (POV) engagements through remote installations and customizations.
- Collaborate with Sales Leaders to align technical solutions with prospect and customer needs.
- Resolve technical escalations to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience with the platform.
- Act as a player-coach, balancing team enablement with direct involvement in critical customer calls.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT, technology consulting, or sales engineering.
- 2+ years of leadership experience in a technical field (preferred).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
- Technical proficiency in incident response, computer forensics, network administration, and endpoint security.
- Must be based in the US and authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to travel as required.
