TL;DR

Mid-Market Customer Success Manager (SaaS/Cybersecurity): Managing and growing a portfolio of high-growth customers to ensure measurable value realization with an accent on adoption, retention, and expansion. Focus on monitoring account health, mitigating churn, and collaborating with Sales to drive upsell opportunities.

Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, US). Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship provided.

Salary: $120,000 — $130,000 (Base range: $100,000 — $110,000 plus commissions and equity).

What you will do

  • Own a portfolio of mid-market customers and build trust-based relationships across stakeholders.
  • Guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and renewal processes to ensure value realization.
  • Proactively monitor account health and take action to mitigate churn risks.
  • Partner with Sales to identify and execute upsell and expansion opportunities.
  • Lead business reviews to highlight impact, outcomes, and ROI for customers.
  • Surface customer feedback and insights to influence product and operational improvements.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within SaaS or cybersecurity.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively to drive outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup environments with evolving priorities.
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision making and account health tracking.
