TL;DR

Commercial Account Executive (Cybersecurity): Driving new business and expanding existing relationships within the mid-market and commercial segments with an accent on full-cycle sales execution and pipeline growth. Focus on articulating the value of threat intelligence platforms to technical stakeholders and closing high-value mid-market deals.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Salary: $120,000 – $130,000 base plus performance-based bonus or commission

What you will do

  • Own and execute the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing within the commercial segment.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of mid-market opportunities via outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up.
  • Develop relationships with security, IT, and DevSecOps stakeholders.
  • Partner with Solution Consultants to deliver compelling product demos and POVs.
  • Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasting within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity.
  • Proven track record of selling into mid-market or commercial accounts.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong communication skills to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts such as SIEM, SOAR, DevSecOps, or application security.
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling cybersecurity or security-adjacent solutions.
  • Exposure to channel or partner-led sales motions.
  • Prior experience working in a high-growth or startup company.
