What you will do

• Engage with partners virtually to drive acquisition and support day-to-day operational requirements.
• Perform partner profiling to identify high-potential accounts and transition them to Channel Account Managers.
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline with a focus on existing business and upselling.
• Provide accurate weekly and monthly revenue forecasting.
• Maintain up-to-date reseller and customer information within the CRM system.
• Assist resellers with operational tasks, including deal registrations and order processing.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Diego.
• 2–5 years of experience in an inside sales role, preferably within the cybersecurity domain.
• Proven experience working with SaaS solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or a related field preferred.
• English proficiency level B2.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
