Location: Onsite – Buffalo, NY. Must live local to the Buffalo, NY area or be willing to relocate. Working from other Moog sites within the US or UK may be considered.

Salary: $145,000–$175,000 Annually (Buffalo, NY)

What you will do

• Establish and lead a core engineering KM support team executing projects aligned with Engineering Council priorities.
• Develop and execute 1-3 year KM strategies to close knowledge gaps in key technology areas and deploy practices with engineering leaders.
• Collaborate with technical experts to capture product knowledge through design guides and standards, fostering knowledge sharing culture.
• Partner with Digital Engineering Center to align knowledge capture with scalable future-state systems.
• Define and improve KM effectiveness through metrics, feedback, training programs, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in engineering discipline.
• Over 10 years of engineering experience, including with Moog products, systems, and standards.
• Over 3 years of people leadership experience, developing and coaching teams.
• Proven leadership through influence, cross-functional partnering, and leading through change.
• Continuous improvement mindset, strategy development, process improvements.
• Strong communication, technical, and project management skills; knowledge of Moog data repositories.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%; must live local or relocate to Buffalo, NY area.

Nice to have

• Experience with Knowledge Management systems and practices.
• Experience in Model-Based Definition (MBD) and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
• Experience with Teamcenter.
• Exposure to AI development and application.
