Salary: $175,000 to $200,000 + Bonus Potential

What you will do

• Lead all manufacturing operations, including production scheduling, inventory control, labor planning, and equipment maintenance.
• Drive operational excellence through Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Oversee order entry, customer service, production planning, and forecasting to meet customer demand.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing leadership team.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and corporate policies and the ASSA ABLOY Code of Conduct.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Proven senior leadership experience in a manufacturing environment (metal forming experience a plus).
• Strong background in manufacturing operations, including production planning, quality, cost control, and continuous improvement.
• Experience leading in a unionized manufacturing environment.
• Solid financial acumen, including P&L ownership and understanding of financial statements.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
