What you will do

• Define and drive a comprehensive growth strategy for UpToDate Expert AI, covering awareness, acquisition, and activation.
• Optimize how clinicians discover and access AI-enabled products across web, mobile, and EHR channels.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives between marketing, sales, and product teams to reduce friction in the user journey.
• Establish measurement frameworks and use cohort analysis to inform data-driven growth decisions.
• Execute targeted experimentation to refine key moments in the user journey and improve time-to-value.
• Monitor growth performance and communicate insights and risks to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of product management experience with a focus on growth, acquisition, or engagement.
• Demonstrated success in driving measurable improvements in user adoption and activation.
• Technical fluency to partner effectively with engineering and data teams.
• Must be based in the USA to support the hybrid work model.
• Experience operating within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven prioritization.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare technology or clinical decision support products.
• Familiarity with AI/ML-powered products and LLM-based features.
• Understanding of HIPAA, SOC 2, or HITRUST regulatory environments.
