What you will do

• Define and execute a global bids strategy and a "follow-the-sun" coverage model to ensure consistent global support.
• Own the end-to-end bidder journey from registration to post-sale, removing friction to improve conversion and client experience.
• Develop and manage a global scorecard utilizing funnel analysis and journey mapping to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Partner with Technology teams to modernize the bidding ecosystem and automate manual workflows.
• Standardize bidder verification, KYC, and AML processes across all global regions.
• Lead, coach, and develop a global team of Bids leaders including AVPs and Managers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in operations, client experience, or auction/bids environments with a global scope.
• Must be based in New York, United States.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience building operational dashboards.
• Strong background in management consulting or process improvement.
• Exceptional presentation and visual storytelling skills.
