Location: Onsite in Torrance, CA. Must provide proof of U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residence (ITAR/EAR requirement).

Compensation: $110k – $137k

What you will do

• Design and develop PCB board-level and system-level test fixtures for production and engineering validation.
• Create automated and semi-automated test solutions encompassing both hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot electrical, firmware, and system-level issues during the development and production phases.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by defining test strategies and ensuring Design for Testability (DFT).
• Analyze test data to identify failure trends, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and optimize test flow.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in electronics test engineering or manufacturing test.
• Experience designing and debugging test fixtures such as bed-of-nails or functional test setups.
• Strong understanding of analog and digital circuits, PCB design, sensors, motors, and embedded systems.
• Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, signal generators, and DAQ systems.
• Must provide proof of U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residence due to ITAR/EAR restrictions.

Nice to have

• Experience with test automation using Python, LabVIEW, or similar tools.
