What you will do

  • Serve as the primary strategic partner and point of contact for assigned Enterprise accounts.
  • Lead expectation-setting conversations to align priorities, timelines, and success measures.
  • Develop and execute account engagement plans to deepen adoption and measurable ROI.
  • Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities by linking client goals to additional HubSpot features and services.
  • Conduct Strategic Business Reviews to assess performance and define future priorities.
  • Manage difficult client conversations and objections to guide them toward successful decisions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or consulting in a B2B agency environment.
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Experience with CRM, digital marketing, or SaaS consulting; HubSpot certifications are a plus.
  • Proficiency with project management systems such as Teamwork, Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp.
  • Proven ability to lead executive-level conversations and articulate clear business cases.
  • Analytical mindset capable of translating data into strategic business decisions.
