What you will do
- Serve as the primary strategic partner and point of contact for assigned Enterprise accounts.
- Lead expectation-setting conversations to align priorities, timelines, and success measures.
- Develop and execute account engagement plans to deepen adoption and measurable ROI.
- Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities by linking client goals to additional HubSpot features and services.
- Conduct Strategic Business Reviews to assess performance and define future priorities.
- Manage difficult client conversations and objections to guide them toward successful decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or consulting in a B2B agency environment.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Experience with CRM, digital marketing, or SaaS consulting; HubSpot certifications are a plus.
- Proficiency with project management systems such as Teamwork, Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp.
- Proven ability to lead executive-level conversations and articulate clear business cases.
- Analytical mindset capable of translating data into strategic business decisions.
