What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable software systems for the hirify.global platform.
• Develop application services, APIs, and user experiences for web and mobile.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, and Infrastructure teams on customer-facing features.
• Participate in technical design, architectural reviews, and code reviews.
• Improve system reliability via observability, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Support secure data practices and privacy in line with healthcare standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years professional software engineering experience (Senior); 7+ years for Staff/Lead
• Experience shipping production software at scale across frontend, backend, or fullstack.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, Python or similar; modern web apps and APIs.
• Strong application architecture, API design, authentication, data modeling.
• Cloud (AWS), PostgreSQL, Redis, containers, CI/CD.
• Problem-solving mindset, cross-team collaboration, clear communication.

Nice to have

• Healthcare or fintech regulated environments (HIPAA, HiTrust).
• Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CDK).
• Third-party API integrations, event-driven systems.
