TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (AI/SaaS): Drive new logo acquisition and expansion in Northern and Central California with an accent on full sales cycle ownership, complex multi-stakeholder deals, and ROI business cases. Location: Remote within Sacramento, CA & Central Coast, CA territory

Compensation: $240,000 - $315,000 OTE annually

What you will do

  • Source and close net new logos in assigned territory
  • Navigate complex organizations to identify executive sponsors and champions
  • Execute value-driven sales cycles aligned with customer business objectives
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering and partners to advance deals
  • Develop sales strategies for pipeline generation and predictable bookings
  • Create data-driven ROI reports and run POCs based on success criteria

Requirements

  • 6+ years closing sales experience with top performer track record
  • Proven ability to close complex deals in large organizations
  • Experience selling technical SaaS/cloud solutions to C-level executives
  • Knowledge of integrations, APIs, infrastructure, security, and analytics
  • Collaboration with SEs, BDRs, PMs, executives, and engineers
  • Target account selling, solution selling, MEDDIC or Challenger methodologies
