TL;DR

Director, Sales Development (AI-powered SaaS): Building and leading an AI-first SDR strategy for enterprise pipeline generation with an accent on automation, data-driven insights, and complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Focus on coaching teams, optimizing key metrics like pipeline velocity and conversion rates, and partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps.

Location: Atlanta, GA (In office 3 days/week)

Salary: $170,000 - $260,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Define and execute an AI-first SDR strategy leveraging automation and data insights.
  • Deliver high-quality pipeline for Global and Enterprise segments with rigorous qualification standards.
  • Optimize metrics like pipeline generated, conversion rates, velocity, and deal influence.
  • Partner with RevOps on reporting, forecasting, and AI-driven tooling.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a frontline manager and team of ~15 SDRs, building a culture of experimentation and accountability.
  • Inspect accounts, coach on messaging and personalization, and jump into strategic deals as a player-coach.

Requirements

  • Location: Atlanta, GA (hybrid, 3 days/week in office)
  • 8+ years in Sales Development / Pipeline Generation in high-growth SaaS.
  • 3+ years leading SDR teams, including managing managers.
  • Proven track record generating Enterprise and Global pipeline (large ACV, complex deals).
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data, dashboards, and AI tools.
  • Hands-on leadership, exceptional coaching, and communication skills for enterprise selling.

Nice to have

  • Experience creating/updating SDR Attribution models partnering with Analytics, Marketing, and Sales Leaders.
  • Experience in AI, data, or modern sales technology environments.
