Location: Atlanta, GA (In office 3 days/week)
Salary: $170,000 - $260,000 OTE

What you will do
- Define and execute an AI-first SDR strategy leveraging automation and data insights.
- Deliver high-quality pipeline for Global and Enterprise segments with rigorous qualification standards.
- Optimize metrics like pipeline generated, conversion rates, velocity, and deal influence.
- Partner with RevOps on reporting, forecasting, and AI-driven tooling.
- Lead, coach, and develop a frontline manager and team of ~15 SDRs, building a culture of experimentation and accountability.
- Inspect accounts, coach on messaging and personalization, and jump into strategic deals as a player-coach.
Requirements
- Location: Atlanta, GA (hybrid, 3 days/week in office)
- 8+ years in Sales Development / Pipeline Generation in high-growth SaaS.
- 3+ years leading SDR teams, including managing managers.
- Proven track record generating Enterprise and Global pipeline (large ACV, complex deals).
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data, dashboards, and AI tools.
- Hands-on leadership, exceptional coaching, and communication skills for enterprise selling.
Nice to have
- Experience creating/updating SDR Attribution models partnering with Analytics, Marketing, and Sales Leaders.
- Experience in AI, data, or modern sales technology environments.
