Location: Must be based in one of the following US states: Arizona, Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, Texas, North Carolina, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, or Illinois
Salary: $105,000 - $135,000 per year plus commission

What you will do
- Identify prospective customers and generate leads to convert them into enterprise clients.
- Conduct needs-based discussions with new and existing customers to address specific challenges.
- Showcase AI-powered product features and their value proposition to prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and prepare formal sales agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues across various sectors to ensure client success.
- Maintain and nurture long-term customer relationships through consistent follow-ups.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in technology/software sales (SaaS, PaaS, or enterprise software).
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven track record of sales success and the ability to close complex deals.
- Must be based in one of the supported US states: AZ, ID, UT, WY, TX, NC, FL, GA, SC, OH, PA, or IL.
- Strong presentation skills and a genuine passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in the multifamily housing industry.
- Proficiency in selling CRM software.
- Experience with sales methodologies such as Sandler.
- Knowledge of current trends in property management technology.
- Multilingual proficiency.
