TL;DR

Regional Vice President Of Sales, Central Region (IC-Enterprise) (SaaS): Identifying and nurturing business sales relationships with property management companies in the Central Region with an accent on enterprise hunting and lead conversion. Focus on scaling the customer base through AI-powered property management solutions and negotiating high-value sales agreements.

Location: Must be based in one of the following US states: Arizona, Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, Texas, North Carolina, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, or Illinois

Salary: $105,000 - $135,000 per year plus commission

What you will do

  • Identify prospective customers and generate leads to convert them into enterprise clients.
  • Conduct needs-based discussions with new and existing customers to address specific challenges.
  • Showcase AI-powered product features and their value proposition to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and prepare formal sales agreements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues across various sectors to ensure client success.
  • Maintain and nurture long-term customer relationships through consistent follow-ups.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in technology/software sales (SaaS, PaaS, or enterprise software).
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven track record of sales success and the ability to close complex deals.
  • Must be based in one of the supported US states: AZ, ID, UT, WY, TX, NC, FL, GA, SC, OH, PA, or IL.
  • Strong presentation skills and a genuine passion for sales.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the multifamily housing industry.
  • Proficiency in selling CRM software.
  • Experience with sales methodologies such as Sandler.
  • Knowledge of current trends in property management technology.
  • Multilingual proficiency.
