TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (San Francisco Bay Area)

Compensation: $220,000 - $260,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Develop and document playbooks for selling and expanding enterprise accounts as the team grows.
  • Execute experiments with Marketing and RevOps to optimize outbound and expansion strategies.
  • Analyze product usage and revenue data to identify high-potential enterprise accounts ready for conversion.
  • Coach customers on utilizing the full product suite (demos, video, content) to enhance their storytelling.
  • Lead pricing and packaging discussions for major enterprise opportunities aligned with customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to relay direct customer feedback for product improvement.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in customer-facing commercial roles with a track record of closing or expansion.
  • Experience working in a fast-growing startup, ideally through an early-scale phase (10 to 100+ employees).
  • Strong understanding of Product-Led Growth (PLG) and how self-serve users become enterprise buyers.
  • Builder's instinct with the ability to create, ship, and iterate on sales playbooks independently.
  • Expertise in narrative storytelling and converting complex goals into clear narratives.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce hygiene and data-driven pipeline prioritization.
