Location: Hybrid (San Francisco Bay Area)
Compensation: $220,000 - $260,000 OTE

What you will do
- Develop and document playbooks for selling and expanding enterprise accounts as the team grows.
- Execute experiments with Marketing and RevOps to optimize outbound and expansion strategies.
- Analyze product usage and revenue data to identify high-potential enterprise accounts ready for conversion.
- Coach customers on utilizing the full product suite (demos, video, content) to enhance their storytelling.
- Lead pricing and packaging discussions for major enterprise opportunities aligned with customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to relay direct customer feedback for product improvement.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years in customer-facing commercial roles with a track record of closing or expansion.
- Experience working in a fast-growing startup, ideally through an early-scale phase (10 to 100+ employees).
- Strong understanding of Product-Led Growth (PLG) and how self-serve users become enterprise buyers.
- Builder's instinct with the ability to create, ship, and iterate on sales playbooks independently.
- Expertise in narrative storytelling and converting complex goals into clear narratives.
- Proficiency with Salesforce hygiene and data-driven pipeline prioritization.
