What you will do

• Translate evolving client strategy into clear operating priorities, sequencing, and decision frameworks.
• Define and monitor operational metrics such as adoption, time-to-value, and delivery capacity.
• Evolve the client operating model, optimizing handoffs and cross-functional dependencies between Sales, Product, and Technology.
• Define the strategic role of AI and automation within the client lifecycle to improve scalability and experience.
• Lead operational strategy for partner programs, including standardized lifecycle processes and performance tracking.
• Act as a senior integrator across Client Services, Engineering, Data, RevOps, and Finance.

Requirements

• 12+ years in strategy, operations, or client-facing leadership within complex B2B SaaS, fintech, or data platforms.
• Experience operating in organizations scaling up from 1,000+ employees.
• Proven track record with long, multi-stakeholder client implementations.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship is required.
• Ability to build data models and translate complex data into executive-ready narratives.
