Location: Hybrid in San Francisco

Salary: $180k – $280k + Equity

What you will do

Own end-to-end quality across the product surface, including the assistant builder, simulations, and monitoring.
Develop and expand the e2e test framework using Playwright to significantly improve automated coverage.
Partner with engineers to define test strategies for new features before they ship.
Analyze and file bugs for complex distributed systems, including LLMs, STT, TTS, and telephony integrations.
Utilize AI coding agents to multiply throughput on test scenarios and regression coverage.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in QA, SDET, or Test Engineering.
Hands-on experience with modern e2e frameworks, preferably Playwright.
Proficiency in reading and writing TypeScript or JavaScript.
Track record testing complex distributed systems, APIs, and real-time behavior.
Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco.
Daily use of AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor).

Nice to have

Background in Voice AI, conversational AI, or LLM applications.
Experience with LLM evaluations or testing non-deterministic systems.
Experience with developer-facing products (APIs, SDKs, dashboards).
Early-stage startup experience.
