QA Engineer (AI)

Location: On-site 5 days a week in Los Angeles (Westwood), United States

Salary: $40 per hour, plus equity and bonus opportunities

What you will do

• Execute manual, exploratory, regression, and automated testing for web applications and backend services.
• Maintain and expand test plans for existing and upcoming features.
• Design high-signal test cases and extend automation where it provides the most value.
• Validate requirements, acceptance criteria, and release readiness.
• Investigate failures, identify root causes, and file clear, actionable tickets.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define quality standards and deliver reliable releases.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on testing experience with web applications.
• Strong knowledge of test methodologies and related tools.
• Experience writing test plans and test cases for assigned features.
• Experience with test automation.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work on-site five days per week in the Los Angeles office.

Nice to have

• Interest in the future of AI.
• API testing experience with Postman, Newman, or similar tools.
• Linux proficiency.
• Experience with load-testing tools.
