Enablement Manager, Revenue Operations (AI Infrastructure): Create and manage structured onboarding programs for new employees and GTM teams with an accent on scalable systems, sales playbooks, customer success frameworks, and AI-powered enablement. Location: Remote, USA. Must be eligible to work in the United States; currently unable to sponsor employment visas.
Salary: $145,000 - $190,000

What you will do
- Build and manage company-wide onboarding programs and role-specific ramp milestones for Engineering, Product, GTM, Finance, and Operations.
- Develop sales playbooks, methodologies like MEDDPICC, discovery frameworks, objection handling, and deal progression tools.
- Create Customer Success onboarding, expansion playbooks, QBR resources, and enterprise account enablement strategies.
- Maintain competitive intelligence, battle cards, and positioning resources against infrastructure competitors.
- Run training programs on product updates, sales skills, and role-specific development; track metrics like ramp performance, win rates, and NRR.
- Leverage AI tools for content creation, coaching, conversational intelligence, and scalable enablement systems.
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States; no employment visa sponsorship
- Demonstrated experience building onboarding or enablement programs in high-growth SaaS, PaaS, or infrastructure companies
- Experience supporting Sales and Customer Success with training, playbooks, or onboarding
- Strong understanding of enterprise B2B sales processes and customer success workflows
- Experience developing written enablement content including playbooks and competitive resources
- Comfort using metrics and reporting to improve effectiveness; strong communication and organizational skills
Nice to have
- Experience in cloud infrastructure, AI infrastructure, developer tools, or ML platforms
- Supporting both PLG and enterprise GTM motions
- Implementing platforms like Gong, Chorus, Highspot, or Seismic
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, Challenger methodologies
- High-growth startup environments
