Enablement Specialist (SaaS): Facilitating and providing GTM teams with skills, knowledge, and tools to accelerate productivity with an accent on onboarding and sales training. Focus on developing and executing enablement programs, optimizing productivity indicators, and managing the new hire experience.

Location: Hybrid (Manila Office)

Salary: ₱74,083 – ₱92,700 per month

What you will do

• Plan, prioritize, and execute onboarding and enablement plans in collaboration with leadership.
• Customize and deliver enablement programs alongside other team members.
• Evaluate curriculum effectiveness and propose necessary adjustments or additions.
• Drive and track adoption of pre/post-evaluations and productivity metrics.
• Provide direct coaching to ensure skill mastery.
• Manage the first two weeks of new hire onboarding, including scheduling, facilitation, and system provisioning (Gong, Seismic, CRM).

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in training or enablement with a track record of delivering sales and customer success training.
• Strong understanding of sales processes.
• Experience implementing enablement programs, including needs analysis and evaluation, preferably in a cloud/software environment.
• Familiarity with GTM platforms such as Gong and Seismic.
• Experience coordinating onboarding logistics and cross-functional provisioning with IT and HR.
• Must be based in Manila for hybrid office attendance.
