Salary: $151,200 - $189,000 USD

What you will do
- Develop and own business performance models from top-of-funnel lead generation to customer churn and expansion.
- Diagnose performance drivers and identify friction points and conversion opportunities in the prospect journey.
- Lead sales compensation strategy, including plan-building, implementation, and performance analytics.
- Manage annual and quarterly revenue planning, territory creation, quota setting, and capacity planning.
- Lead monthly forecasts and pipeline reviews for the global Multi-Account and Partnership businesses.
- Establish and govern KPIs for the revenue organization and deliver strategic presentations to the C-suite.
Requirements
- 10+ years in analytical and strategic roles (RevOps, SalesOps, BI) with at least 4 years in a leadership capacity.
- Professional experience within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Expert-level proficiency with Salesforce, advanced Excel, and BI tools such as Tableau.
- Knowledge of SQL and data warehousing (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake) is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, LTV:CAC, Churn) and statistical forecasting models.
- Must be based in or able to work from Waltham or Boston, MA
