What you will do
- Own and improve partner program operations framework, including tiers, rules, incentives, and deal registration.
- Build dashboards and KPIs for partner pipeline, bookings, attainment, and health scores; deliver insights for leadership.
- Administer and optimize partner-facing platforms like PRM and CRM in coordination with Sales Ops and IT.
- Close operational gaps across partner lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Legal on MDF, rebates, contracts, and compliance.
- Support enablement, onboarding tracking, strategic planning, and M&A partner considerations.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Revenue Operations, Channel Operations, or Partner Operations in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech.
- 3+ years in leadership, building and scaling operations functions.
- Deep knowledge of partner/channel ecosystem (VAR, MSSP, GSI, distribution, tech alliances).
- Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce preferred), PRM tools (Impartner, Alliances, Zift), BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical, cross-functional collaboration, communication, and presentation skills for executives.
- Comfort with strategic and hands-on execution in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Nice to have
- Experience at cybersecurity or identity/access management company.
- Familiarity with Salesforce PRM or partner community configurations.
- Background supporting global or multi-region partner programs.
- Experience with CPQ for partner quoting and deal registration.
