Salary: 110,000 - 185,000 USD Annual

What you will do
- Own end-to-end delivery of customer activation initiatives across Performance Marketing and Growth, including integrated plans, milestones, and readiness criteria.
- Lead and manage a team of Customer Activation Initiatives Managers, coaching on project standards and delivery excellence.
- Execute planning and workstreams for initiatives like card reissues, vendor migrations, and change-in-terms efforts.
- Develop and govern the Plastics Strategy, including vision, roadmap, decision framework, and executive artifacts.
- Facilitate strategy governance, executive reviews, and communications to ensure alignment across clients, tech, operations, and suppliers.
- Travel for partner planning, scope sessions, and supplier quality assurance events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or HS Diploma/GED + 8+ years program/project delivery).
- 5+ years program/project delivery leading complex cross-functional initiatives in marketing activation or regulated operations.
- 3+ years people management experience.
- Experience in regulated environments with strong controls and audit-ready execution.
- Ability to develop executive strategy materials and drive decisions in matrixed organizations.
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder, and risk management skills.
- Ability and flexibility to travel as required.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. required (no sponsorship).

- MBA or specialization in finance, operations, technology, or program management.
- Experience scaling delivery governance and playbooks across clients.
- Advanced PowerPoint proficiency for high-quality strategy decks.
