$171,300 - $200,000 (annual base salary)

What you will do
- Own end-to-end execution of enterprise and cross-business strategic initiatives from definition through value realization.
- Lead delivery for complex, high-risk initiatives, ensuring alignment to enterprise strategy and priorities.
- Embed change management and adoption planning into the delivery lifecycle, assessing impacts and risks.
- Coach program managers on delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and change readiness.
- Manage program resources, performance, development, and capacity to sustain delivery.
- Partner with Finance, Business, and Executives on business cases, benefits tracking, and governance.
Requirements
- 15+ years proven experience as hands-on enterprise delivery leader in matrixed environments.
- Demonstrated success leading large, complex, business-critical initiatives with significant change impacts.
- Strong understanding of change management integrated into program delivery.
- Expertise in program governance, financial management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder influence.
- Exceptional communication, executive presence, and judgment skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
