What you will do

• Drive and facilitate cross-functional interactions to bring products to market, managing risks and schedules.
• Own the entire program lifecycle from product ideation to end-of-life.
• Utilize KPIs and data to drive decision-making across cross-functional teams.
• Identify program risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Establish and drive timelines and resources to ensure speed and efficiency in manufacturing and delivery.
• Act as a conduit for global information to local teams to support the business.

Requirements

• 3-4+ years of direct program management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, or business management field.
• Experience in new product development (NPD), strongly preferred in the consumer goods industry.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills, with experience presenting to C-suite executives.
• Must be based in the United States.
