What you will do

• Build and scale a proposal management practice to increase quality and support growth goals.
• Lead Client Solutions Managers and Subject Matter Experts through structured proposal efforts for federal, state, and local procurements.
• Author proposal content, including descriptions of past performance and company capabilities.
• Develop and manage compliance checklists covering evaluation criteria, required forms, and contractual documents.
• Curate and maintain a library of 'evergreen' content regarding modern practices and capabilities.
• Coordinate multi-vendor teams to create winning bids and translate complex technical concepts into compelling graphical content.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
• 4+ years of experience managing large solicitation responses for federal, state, or local government clients.
• Deep understanding of Government Contracting IT industry, including knowledge of FAR and NAICS.
• Professional writing, editing, and communication skills in English.
• Experience developing proposals for modern digital services, custom development, or highly tailored solutions.
• Ability to establish order and accountability while guiding multi-vendor teams through flexible procurement processes.
