What you will do

• Monitor federal opportunities via SAM.gov and manage the federal pipeline across priority service lanes.
• Develop capture briefs and pursuit strategies for LiDAR, BIM, GIS, and digital twin services.
• Lead end-to-end federal proposal responses (RFPs, RFQs, SF 330s, IDIQs) from kickoff to submission.
• Maintain and customize the SF 330 content library, including resumes and project descriptions.
• Support federal account planning and coordinate teaming outreach with A/E primes and partners.
• Track proposal outcomes and win/loss results to continuously improve pursuit strategy.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
• 5+ years of experience in federal proposal management, capture support, or AEC marketing.
• Proven experience with SF 330s, IDIQs, BPAs, and federal procurement deadlines.
• Strong writing and editing skills to translate complex technical services into persuasive content.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM/pursuit-tracking tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in AEC, geospatial services, or federal technical services.
• Familiarity with LiDAR, scan-to-BIM, Revit, CAD, and digital twin concepts.
• Experience with market intelligence tools like GovWin, HigherGov, or USAspending.
• Knowledge of specific NAICS and PSC codes related to AEC services.
• APMP membership or certification.
