What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain large-scale test infrastructure and evaluation pipelines for AV software validation.
• Develop core simulation dashboards and reports to deliver actionable insights on test operations and health trends.
• Drive scalable simulation quality assessments and automate the integration of outputs with human-in-the-loop analysis.
• Collaborate with Autonomy, Systems, and Safety teams to define and refine simulation validation methodologies.
• Lead code reviews and mentor engineers on software architecture and simulation testing best practices.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools and analytics platforms to enhance productivity and code quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing complex evaluation, simulation, or test frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python for production systems, including unit testing and reliability best practices.
• Ability to drive technical design and execution across multiple teams in a remote or distributed environment.
• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience testing and evaluating robotics systems or autonomous vehicles.
• Experience with test strategies and validation for safety-critical products.
• Familiarity with SQL, time-series data analysis, and dashboarding systems (e.g., Looker, Streamlit).
