What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain HiL test benches to support autonomous driving software validation.
• Define and execute comprehensive test strategies, test cases, and validation plans.
• Develop automated test scripts and frameworks to improve coverage and efficiency.
• Integrate hardware and software components, managing interfaces and data synchronization.
• Conduct verification and validation activities in alignment with ISO 26262 safety standards.
• Analyze test results and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve system-level issues.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years or Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience in a relevant engineering field.
• Strong experience with HiL testing, including bench setup and maintenance.
• Proficiency in Python and/or C++ for test automation.
• Experience with ROS/ROS2 and CAN-based protocols (CANoe, CANalyzer).
• Familiarity with HiL platforms such as dSPACE, National Instruments, or Vector.

Nice to have

• Experience testing autonomous vehicles or ADAS systems in production environments.
• Familiarity with simulation frameworks or model-based development.
• Experience supporting safety-critical system validation.
• Exposure to cloud-based data systems or large-scale test data analysis.
