TL;DR

Strategic Account Manager (Semiconductor): Managing and growing strategic customer accounts in the Semiconductor Automated Test Equipment (ATE) field with an accent on long-term relationship building and revenue growth. Focus on expanding the installed base of testers and aligning customer needs with company strategic objectives.

Location: Must be local to San Jose, CA. No relocation or visa sponsorship provided.

Salary: $132,600 – $212,200 base

What you will do

  • Build and nurture leverageable connections with key stakeholders within strategic accounts.
  • Design and execute effective sales strategies to secure new business.
  • Expand the customer installed base of testers to drive engineering and production business.
  • Act as a champion for customer needs, ensuring alignment with company strategic objectives.
  • Oversee tester installations, upgrades, forecasting, quoting, and order booking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of overall experience, with at least 5+ years in capital equipment sales within the Semiconductor industry.
  • Proven success in discovering new business and expanding existing customer bases.
  • Must be local to the Bay Area; no relocation assistance is provided.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
  • Ability to carry auto liability insurance due to automotive responsibilities.

  • MBA degree.
